You can prevent this by setting a timer and sitting in an ergonomic chair while you work throughout the day. If you have a job that requires you to sit down for most of the day, be sure to get up and walk around every hour.
Stretch Out Your Hamstrings
Tight hamstrings are a little-known cause of pain in your lower back. You can work to decrease the pressure on your pelvis and throughout your lower back by taking on some simple hamstring stretching exercises.
